HUD has awarded to NDC and its consortium partners, Housing Partnership Network, National Cooperative Bank Capital Impact and Mercy Housing, Inc. a technical assistance grant of $7,143,123 to help communities better manage the backlog of foreclosed homes under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
