NDC is the oldest national non-profit community development organization in the U.S. We've evolved a lot since our founding in 1969, but our mission -- increasing the flow of capital to underserved urban and rural areas for job creation and community development -- remains the same. We offer our community partners development assistance and professional training as well as small business financing and debt and equity for residential, commercial, public and non-profit facilities projects.
